On a day after rain, the ramganga river bank was lush and beautiful. Wanderers had just finished their evening rituals, and were ready to spend the night beneath the starry sky.
In the midst of all this beauty, a young deer had unknowingly stepped foot into this opportunity-filled scene. It ventured through the dense forest with curiosity, pausing occasionally to glance at the photographic frames of the terrainand the creatures around it.
The deer was very alert, keenly aware that there could be dangerous predators lurking in the shadows. But still, the beauty of the thunderous rain and the lush greenery was captivating, offering the deer a moment of peace.
As the night grew darker, the deer finally made it back to its safe hideout at the riverbank. It snuggled up in a cocoon of grassy greens and fallen leaves, content in its newfound comfort.
Just then, a photographer snapped a picture of the deer amid the backdrop of the forest, preserving it in a photoframe and providing the perfect, picturesque memory of the evening. The photographer and the deer knew, in that moment that although danger lurks in the darkness, there was still beauty, a stillness and a freedom, even if only for the few seconds that they were in each other’s presence.
It was an encounter that would linger long in the deer’s mind throughout the years and in the photoframe, always ready to be admired. - Avoid exposure to moistureMake sure that the photo frame does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
- Avoid exposure to sunlightThe photo frame must be protected from direct sunlight and heat to retain the color or polish of the wooden product.
- Avoid ChemicalsAvoid chemical and alcohol contact with the photo frame as it may harm the natural finish and durability of the product.
Note: Please do not spray the cleaner directly onto the frame or glass surface, as this may lead to chemical seeping under the frame and cause moisture damage.
Delivery:
- Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
- Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases. - Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
- Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, Wildgraphy shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
Installation:
- Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
If the delivery Condition is:
- Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
- Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which Wildraphy will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
We take care of all the quality control measures to ensure that the product(s) you receive are of premium quality. In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please raise a ticket through Help Centre, and we will resolve your query at the earliest. You are also requested to provide us with an unboxing video and photos to avail warranty.

Placing an Order:
Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.
On Returns:
If you select to return the item, kindly make sure that the product is ready and packed in the original condition.
Damages:
Wildgraphy’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at contact@wildgraphy.com. Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Wildgraphy, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wildgraphy, to address the issue
- Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
- Accessories showcased in the image are just to give an idea about the setup. These are not a part of the product, unless specified.
- In the case of solid wood based frames, the wood grain might slightly vary from product to product.
- Intricate design or hand-paint might have slight variation between the 3D picture and the actual product.
- In accordance with the different screen settings and resolutions, there might be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the website images and actual product.

- To get soft prints of photograph for business usage, after payment pleae contact us at support@wildgraphy.com to get your print soft copy.
- Soft copy purchase only allows to use prints for business development and promotion purpose,not for sale or resale of photograph.
- If prints/photograph is sold or resold in any form can be considered as the violation of Copyright Act, 1957 which can lead to Judicial Action againt the purchasor ( Business or Individual or Team ).
