1 . How can I change my phone number or my shipping address?

In order to change your phone number or shipping address, please reach out to the customer support team through create a ticket at the Wildgraphy help desk.

2 . How to Create an Account with Wildgraphy?

Click on the signup link, present at the top right corner of our wildgraphy. This will show a pop-up menu where you can register from either of the following ways to get on board.

  • Manual form filling: You can manually fill up the form to register yourself by filling the general details.
  • Sign up with Facebook: You can also sign up through your Facebook account by clicking on “or continue with facebook”, presented at the below side of the popup menu.
  • Sign up through Gmail: You can also sign up through your Gmail account by clicking on “or continue with Gmail”, presented at the below side of the popup menu.
  • Your wildgraphy account is now ready.

3 . Are the frames delivered with all the requirements like nails ?

No nails are provided. You need to get nails for yourself. The small sizes are light enough to be stuck with blue tack but bigger one need good quality nails.
