What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies based on location of delivery. Please refer below point "Shiping Charges" for more details

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of 10-15 business days?

It is possible that the our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We customize product based on demand and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

Product's availability and time to customize the product.
The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

In normal condition estimated time of delivery is between 10-15 days ( Excluding public holidays, Saturday & Sunday )


Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Wildgraphy?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on wildgraphy. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay except the customization cost mentioned on product page and taxes applied.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Currently we don't have COD feature available but it may come in near future.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible Wildgraphy Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Wildgraphy , you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.

Does Wildgraphy deliver internationally?
As of now, Wildgraphy doesn't deliver items internationally.

Shipping Charges:Free shipping for city  Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta, Banglore, Pune & Chennai but for other cities a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 699/- ( Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.

For orders equal to or above Rs. 699 ( Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at certain locations only such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta, Banglore, Pune & Chennai. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable. At these locations, in which additional charges are applicable, the Rs. 50 shipping charge will be added to the shipping charges for all orders below Rs. 699 (with exclusions as above).

The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 699). The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Wildgraphy at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, Wildraphy brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

In light of the COVID- 19 outbreak, we will not be deducting the shipping charges while processing a cancellation request for all orders placed during the nation-wide lockdown.This is to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.

Convenience Charges: Wildgraphy can levy convenience charges on specific orders basis the products, pincode, or the size of the shipment. This charge is not related to the shipping charges and can be applied to the order irrespective of the shipping cost (refer ‘Shipping Charges’ section above for more details on shipping cost).
It is possible that an order can have- 1. only shipping charges applied (basis the order value),2. only convenience charge applied or 3. both shipping charge and convenience charge applied. Convenience charges, if applied, will be shown in the ‘Shipping Cost’ field in the cart/checkout sections. Users can see the details on the type of charge applied by clicking on the tooltip which is available on cart/checkout with the ‘shipping Cost’ field in the payment summary section.

These convenience charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

Wildgraphy reserves the right to modify the logic of applying convenience charges on orders at any point without prior intimation.

Estimated Delivery Time: During Covid lockdown delivery is subject to MHA and state government guidelines.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
